What should I bring?
Come in suitable gym wear and footwear, water bottle and sweat towel. Simple.
Is it beginner friendly?
Absolutely. We scale movements and pace based on current level of fitness. Your coach will work with you tp give you the workout that best suits you and your ability while keeping you fully intergrated in the group workout.
